Was du mitgestaltest

• Du begleitest unsere Kunden bei der digitalen Transformation mit dem Schwerpunkt Cross-Functions & AI. Darunter fallen Themen wie Migration, Integration, Extensibility, Output Management, Reporting oder Berechtigungswesen.
• Du designst und realisierst im Team anspruchsvolle und agile S/4HANA Public Cloud Implementierungsprojekte und in hybriden Systemlandschaften.
• Dazu gehören Aktivitäten wie die Planung von Implementierungsprojekten, Durchführung von Workshops zur Fit-to-Standard Analyse, Erstellung von funktionalen und technischen Spezifikationen, Systemkonfigurationen, Testen, Durchführung von Customer-Knowledge-Transfer-Sessions und Go-Live Betreuung.
• Neben diesen typischen Projektaktivitäten kannst Du je nach individuellen Interessen und Stärken Deinen Aufgabenbereich erweitern, bspw. in der Vertriebsunterstützung, bei der Umsetzung technischer Produktentwicklungen, bei der Erarbeitung innovativer Consulting Services, in der Unterstützung des Produkt- und Solution Managements, z.B. durch innovative Technologien wie Machine Learning.
• Mit dem bereits aufgebauten Wissen in den Applikationen werden Deine Aufgaben in S/4HANA Implementierungsprojekten die Abstimmung der Fit-to-Standard Analysen in Workshops, der Dokumentation und dem Customizing der Applikation in Finance in Zusammenarbeit mit einem Projektteam, umfassen.

Was du mitbringst

• Wirtschaftswissenschaftlicher oder technischer Hochschulabschluss
• Mehrere Jahre Beratungserfahrung mit Implementierungserfahrungen oder Vorwissen aus den oben erwähnten Bereichen
• Interesse an aktuellen technologischen Themen und Digitalisierungstrends
• Analytisches, strukturiertes und kreatives Denkvermögen zur Lösung komplexer Kundenanfragen
• Eigenmotivation, hohe Leistungsbereitschaft und die Bereitschaft, vorhandene Fähigkeiten auszubauen, sich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten und fachliche Verantwortung zu übernehmen
• Souveränes Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Reisebereitschaft bis zu 30%
