YOUR FUTURE ROLE

  • You will work closely with our clients and prospects in regards with our Professional Services offerings
  • You will work with our Account and Sales teams on developing winning services proposals
  • You will educate prospects on our engagement delivery methodology
  • You will drive transition from service sales to engagement delivery phase
  • You will prepare client and internal teams for engagement delivery
  • You will lead the day to day execution of client engagements and take full ownership of engagement deliverables
  • You will align with client on expectations, engagement approach, schedule, stakeholders and resources
  • During engagement execution you will own overall engagement schedule, and manage engagement resources
  • You will provide regular status reporting with/for clients and internal/external stakeholders

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have several years of relevant work experience
  • You must have lead engagements involving both your organizations and client team’s resources
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Knowledge of and experience in using Process Management methodologies
  • Knowledge of and experience in using Process Management methodologies and BPM Software (e.g. Signavio, ARIS, Adonis)
  • Basic knowledge of SAP tool chains and SAP S/4-Hana integration capabilities
  • Strong analytical, communication skills and presentation skills
  • Can work autonomously with little direction and oversight
  • Self-motivated, you show initiative and enjoy being part of a great team in an international organization
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Business Information Technologies, Information Sciences, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Informatics or Business Administration
