What you`ll do

On our mission to improve experience for product managers at SAP, we are looking for a project and process manager. We will provide integrated product management solutions to SAP Engineering targeting 3.500 product managers at SAP. The product management solution will support the harmonized product operating model in SAP Engineering comprising all stages from Feedback to Delivery.

As project and process manager, you will be part of the Hyperspace Product Management Solutions team in Walldorf. The team will have a further location in Sofia. The team will be working with experts from SAP Engineering around the world, like product managers, UX designers and architects

• You will drive projects across multiple solution areas and act as expert between technical teams and business in strong alignment with the product owner.
• You will coordinate the Project Management for the Project like tracking, steering, communication and change management as well as the project management for the tool rollout.
• You will prepare executive communication following a clear storyline incl. supporting data points.
• You will own corporate product management processes and keep them up to date through regular facilitation of corporate business process workshops with the business and document results with SAP Signavio.
• You will develop a new working and governance model for the new tool in close alignment with the HPOM and business colleagues.
• You will collaborate with a fun, supportive and talented team.

What you bring

• Master’s degree in business administration, business informatics, or comparable qualification in related field
• At least 7 years of strong experience in project management, communication, stakeholder management, change management in challenging environment
• Strong executive communication skills following a clear storyline
• Ability to deal with complexity and strong analytical skills
• Advanced expertise to structure and lead business process workshops
• Strong experience in documenting Corporate Business Processes with SAP Signavio
• Experience in Marty Cagan’s Product Operating Model is beneficial
• Fluent in English, written and spoken; good in German
