What you'll build
Analytics, Insights & Automation
- Develop, enhance, and maintain SAC dashboards that support Private Cloud and Cloud‑to‑Cloud (C2C) adoption cadence.
- Translate business needs into automated reporting, enabling data‑driven insights for leadership and operational teams.
- Identify opportunities for process automation (e.g., reporting, tracking, workflow improvements) and support the implementation of scalable solutions.
Support ongoing process excellence initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, data quality, and program transparency.
- Bring a structured, analytical mindset to continuously refine how we plan, track, and report on global adoption programs.
- Work across CS&D, S&O, P&E, and other board areas to ensure alignment on customer adoption and consumption initiatives
What you bring
- 1–3 years of experience in roles such as consulting, customer success, project management, cloud adoption, or similar functions (internships and working student roles count).
- Hands‑on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) - story building, data modeling, dashboard maintenance, and data visualization principles.
- Familiarity with SAP cloud products, services, or delivery processes—experience in services businesses is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with interest in automation and process optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, computer science, engineering, data analytics, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience working within SAP or with SAP technologies
- Basic scripting or automation skills (e.g., Excel automation, simple scripts, workflow tools).
- Exposure to cross‑functional program coordination or PMO‑type activities.
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.

The Adoption & Consumption Program Office within Strategy & Operations is seeking a motivated early‑career talent with SAP experience to support our mission of accelerating customer adoption and consumption of SAP cloud solutions. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience in SAP technologies, particularly SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), combined with strong analytical abilities, process orientation, and a passion for operational excellence.
The candidate will play a key role in supporting and evolving the Private Cloud and C2C adoption cadence. This includes developing and maintaining SAC dashboards, driving process improvements, supporting automation initiatives, and collaborating closely across CS&D and other SAP board areas to coordinate the execution of RISE adoption review actions.
