Job Description
We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.
What you'll build
We are seeking a Product Specialist to join our M&A IT Team as a functional process consultant for Revenue Accounting & Reporting processes supporting the successful post-merger integration of acquired companies into SAP.
As a Workstream Lead, you will be responsible for managing your workstream, including work planning, status reporting, risk and dependency management, and stakeholder alignment.
In addition, you will lead As-Is business process analysis and conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops, identify business requirements, and translate them into functional designs for a smooth integration of the acquired company's Revenue Accounting data into SAP's Revenue Accounting & Reporting processes and tools.
You will support the analysis for Revenue Accounting data and identify data migration requirements. You will conduct data mapping and data cleansing with other business experts. You will be actively engaged in loading, testing and validating revenue data to ensure data accuracy.
Your work will directly impact the successful integration of acquired businesses into SAP by proper execution of productive data migration and supporting the go-live.
The ideal candidate has experience in IT Application Consulting (e.g. ERP, S/4HANA) or hands-on experience in business operations in Revenue Accounting and additional (as a plus) Order Management. Any additional domain knowledge will be provided during the onboarding and deeper experience can be developed on the job.

- Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in IT Application Consulting, Business Operations, or Business Process Management in Revenue Accounting or Revenue Recognition. Additional expertise in Order Management and Invoicing (O2I) is a plus.
- Prior work experience and knowledge in SAP Solutions: SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA and SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) module
- Excellent change, communication, and presentation skills with a proven track record
- Ability to drive customer focus, business acumen, and innovation
- Pronounced quality awareness, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Experience & interest in agile methodologies, ideally in Scrum or SAFe
- Experience & interest in strategic or transformational projects like Mergers and Acquisitions
