What you`ll do

As Product Manager for SuccessFactors Employee Central you are in charge of functionality for your product area; it's just you and the other members of the scrum team who will be empowered to deliver on product improvements end to end - across features, architecture, security, performance & scalability and issue resolution.

It’s your job to gather requirements for a release, excite the scrum team about the difference they will make for our customers, create detailed user stories, and nurture customer relationships to get feedback on detailed functional decisions and set priorities.

Your main accountabilities are to provide a ranked and executable holistic release and sprint backlog for the SCRUM team that weighs all relevant factors for good customer experience and financial product success.

What you bring

  • Ability to drive a feature to completion, from requirements gathering to design and release
  • Experience with agile development, e.g. grooming backlog and constant interaction with the scrum team
  • Ability to communicate complex issues in a clear, concise way to both technical and no-technical audiences.
  • Excellent project management skills in virtual and spread teams
  • Experience managing customer relationships and strong customer empathy
  • Self-motivated fast learner with exceptional follow-through while operating with a sense of urgency
  • Interpersonal skills: being open-minded, result-oriented and a team player with the willingness to put the team before self.
  • Experience working in a large & geographically dispersed product-driven environment
  • Knowledge about HR business area would be a plus – HR Core or Payroll

Employee Central is SAP SuccessFactor`s Core HR solution and as such in the centre of all applications to provide them with high quality core HR data required for payroll, talent management and learning but also other businesses areas (Financials..).

In joining our global Employee Central Product Management team, you will collaborate closely with researchers, designers and scrum teams to improve Employee Central to excite 6500+ customers and attract even more.
