SAP Business Network is the global leader in business commerce network, supporting more than $1 Trillion in yearly trade between 2 million connected companies. Business Network for Logistics (BN4L) is a key product within SAP business Network and is key in transforming the way the companies collaborate with their Training partners: Shippers, Carriers, Logistics Service Providers.

The BN4L Integration Product Manager is responsible for driving BN4L integration capabilities – to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public and Private, including integration to SAP Transportation Management and other SAP backend applications. On the “other side” BN4L is connecting Trading Partners via EDI and API, connecting Visibility Providers for tracking information and further partners for additional value added services. Product Manager has to ensure the integration roadmap is solid ensuring stability and performance and covering market demands.

What you'll do:

• Leverage SAP Integration Suite components such as CPI, Integration Advisor, and API Management to enable seamless partner integrations.
• Familiarity with EDI standards such as EDIFACT, ANSI X12, and common transaction sets
• Strong understanding of integration architecture, including APIs, SOAP web services, IDoc structures, and message-based communication. Proven experience with synchronous and asynchronous message processing
• Recognized as a trusted advisor to engineering, architecture, and business teams on integration best practices, patterns, and platform capabilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage technical discussions with cross-functional teams.

What you'll bring:

Minimum of 12+ years’ experience in technical integration, knowing integration best practices.

Logistics background having already supported integration scenarios between shipping companies and LSPs with understandings of B2B and EDI solutions.

Strong integration and technical debugging skills (ABAP, CPI, Logs and XML monitoring) and working knowledge on SAP TM and BN4L solutions

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders (internal & external), both verbally and in writing.

We have colleagues driving the functionality parts (order management, dock appointment scheduling, tracking and tracing, invoicing), managing BN4L partners, interacting with carriers and LSPs.
