What you'll bring

You bring deep expertise in enterprise architecture and SAP methodologies, with a track record of leading complex multi-domain architecture programmes at scale.

• Deep knowledge of SAP Enterprise Architecture frameworks, RISE with SAP, Clean Core, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) — across business, application, data, and technology domains.
• Strong project management and project scoping skills, with experience designing holistic enterprise architecture models across complex engagements.
• Knowledge of SAP LeanIX, SAP Business AI, and reference architecture tooling, with experience advising on SAP transformation toolchain adoption.
• Customer orientation and time-boxed engagement orchestration capabilities, with the ability to manage priorities across virtual account teams.
• Conflict management skills, with proven ability to build consensus and influence CIO and CxO stakeholders at executive level.
• Degree not required for this role.

In addition to the skills and experience specific to this role, all positions at SAP require candidates who are comfortable using AI tools — including agentic AI — in their day-to-day work, from crafting effective inputs and automating routine tasks, to evaluating AI-generated outputs for quality and driving adoption of AI practices within their teams.

What you'll build

You will lead complex enterprise architecture programmes, serving as a trusted transformation partner and the go-to authority on RISE with SAP, Clean Core, and SAP Business AI adoption.

• Lead multi-domain architecture programmes across business, application, data, and technology domains, governing architecture design and outcomes at scale.
• Drive Clean Core and SAP transformation toolchain adoption, creating growth opportunities through demonstrated architecture value.
• Act as Transformation Partner to CIO and CxO stakeholders, influencing executive decisions on architecture strategy and roadmap.
• Scope and orchestrate time-boxed engagements with customers and virtual account teams, managing priorities to deliver focused outcomes.
• Mentor enterprise architects and establish governance frameworks for sustainable architecture development and transformation.
• Build customer-centric architecture practices that reduce IT complexity and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Where you belong

You will join the BT&A GC (Enterprise Architecture) team within SAP Customer Services & Delivery. We are enterprise architects dedicated to simplifying and modernising customer IT landscapes across Greater China, advancing RISE with SAP, Clean Core, and BTP adoption at scale. The team works directly with CIO-level stakeholders to drive digital transformation and strategic IT modernisation. This is a high-impact role in one of SAP's most dynamic markets.
