What you'll bring

You have hands-on experience in HR service delivery. You work confidently with HRIS platforms. You bring a sharp eye for detail, a structured mindset, and a passion for working with data. Fluency in English and one of German, Czech, Spanish, French, Russian, or Portuguese is required. You communicate clearly, protect confidential data, and bring emotional intelligence to every interaction.

What you'll build

You will own employee profile management in our HR system, from hiring to offboarding. You will support monthly payroll by keeping all personal and compensation data accurate and current. You will prepare contracts and amendments in line with local legal requirements. You will identify opportunities for process mining and optimization to raise service quality. You will also apply AI adoption capability to improve day-to-day HR service delivery.

Where you belong

You will join a 50-strong EMEA Data Management team from 10+ nationalities in Prague. This team values psychological safety, well-being, and mutual respect. You will work alongside experienced HR partners and develop toward country-level process ownership.
