Job Description
What you'll bring
You have developing experience in HR service delivery, employee onboarding, and local HR operations. Familiarity with HRIS platforms, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset are expected. Professional fluency in English plus one EMEA language is required: German, Czech, Spanish, French, Russian, or Portuguese. You handle confidential information with discretion, meet deadlines reliably, and bring a proactive attitude. MS Office confidence is expected; SAP HR knowledge is a plus.
What you'll build
You'll own the end-to-end employee data lifecycle, ensuring accuracy from hiring through offboarding. Supporting onboarding journeys, handling day-to-day HR queries, and keeping payroll data precise are central to the role. You'll prepare compliant contracts and amendments, contribute to process documentation, and collaborate with Recruiters, Payroll, and P&C Local Services to maintain data integrity and compliance standards.
Where you belong
You'll produce real HR outputs — not just support others who produce them. The data you maintain and the compliance documentation you own feed directly into employee experience and risk management. You'll join a Data Management EMEA team of 50 professionals in Prague, representing 10+ nationalities, where psychological safety and collaboration define how we work. If you've built a solid foundation in HR operations and want to develop toward advisory work and country-level process ownership, this is where that path begins.
