What you’ll build:

This is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment and to work closely with People & Culture community and senior leadership.Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Team: Assist with preparation for meetings and activities and tasks’ follow-through, managing logistics for key events and meetings.
- Project Management: Lead and coordinate special projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
- Communication: Help draft and edit internal communications, including presentations, reports, and emails.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research and provide insights on workforce trends, competitive landscape, and strategic initiatives.
- Governance and stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal teams, clients, and partners to support foster strong relationships and support tight connect of all activities with business needs.
What you bring:
- Completed Batchelor degree, currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and various AI tools (EKX, Joule Work Desktop, other)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business understanding and prior experience in a corporate setting.
