Bring it
- Diary management for Global Head of GTM/ Corporate Functions, including team and organisation team meetings, agenda management
- Inbox management
- Managing internal and potentially external correspondence
- Support for programme initiatives and projects
- Travel management and expenses
- Team administration (managing Workflows and monitoring items like vacation requests, purchase orders, internal orders, distribution lists, Inventory etc.)
- Team reporting, organisation of QBRs and MBRs
- Event organisation where required
- Updating materials including PowerPoint and excel spreadsheets for meetings and presentations
- Presentation Management
Build it
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Gained initial work experience (e.g. work study, internship)
- Fluent English and German language skills
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
- High adaptability in dynamic environments
- Excellent teamwork skills and a strong ability to promote collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
