What you'll do


Der Marketing Specialist (w/m/d) berichtet an den Leiter Marketing für strategische Industrien in Deutschland. Er/sie verantwortet die Planung, Entwicklung und Umsetzung des Marketingplans einer oder mehrerer Branchen und erarbeitet unter Berücksichtigung der Marketing Strategie innovative branchen-und zielgruppenspezifische Programme und Kampagnen. Dabei wendet er/sie umfassendes betriebswirtschaftliches Wissen, gutes Zielgruppen- und Marktverständnis sowie Kenntnisse relevanter SAP Lösungen an.


Zu den weiteren Aufgaben gehören:

  • Verantwortung der Planung, Entwicklung und Umsetzung von innovativen, branchenspezifischen Programmen/Kampagnen unter Berücksichtigung ausgeprägter Zielgruppenexpertise
  • Planung und Kontrolle des verantworteten Marketingbudgets
  • Aufbau und Umsetzung der Customer Journey für die Zielgruppe
  • Umsetzung in enger Abstimmung mit Marketing-Kampagnenmanagern sowie internen und externen Dienstleistern
  • Inhaltlicher Ansprechpartner, Briefing- und Freigabeverantwortlicher für Agenturen
  • Erfolgskontrolle der definierten Planziele in Bezug auf Awareness, Demand Generierung und Pipeline Acceleration
  • Enge Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb und vertriebsunterstützenden Bereichen, wie dem branchenspezifischen CA Team (Customer Advisory, Presales)
  • Austausch mit anderen lokalen Kolleginnen/Kollegen als auch Österreich und Schweiz

  • Verständnis relevanter Zielgruppen, Marktdaten, Branchentrends und Kernprozesse
  • Gute Kenntnisse von IT-Trends und des SAP-Lösungs-Portfolios
  • Fähigkeit zur Strategieentwicklung mit gleichzeitiger Ergebnisorientierung
  • Innovationsfähigkeit bei der Entwicklung neuer Marketingkonzepte
  • Erfahrung mit digitalen Taktiken, virtuellen und physischen Events etc. und deren Einsatzmöglichkeiten entlang der Customer Journey
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, insbesondere im Hinblick auf Vertriebs- und Pipelinedaten
  • Affinität für Performance-Measurement und kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Ableitung sowie Umsetzung von Maßnahmen
  • Projektmanagement-Skills
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Fließende Deutsch- und mindestens gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • B2B-Marketingexpertise durch erste Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einem Software/IT/High-Tech Unternehmen oder in der Fertigungsindustrie
  • Universitätsabschluss im Bereich Marketing, BWL oder einem äquivalenten Studiengang
