    • Design and drive interaction formats that foster meaningful collaboration (e.g., Ecosystem Talks, curated sessions)
    • Enable SAP colleagues to participate in and benefit from relevant ecosystem activities and events
    • Contribute to SAP’s presence at strategic ecosystem gatherings and conferences
  1. Experience & Storytelling
    • Contribute to SAP engagement environments (e.g., Experience Center, Build Room) as a facilitator and storyteller

    • Support the development and positioning of the SAP Defense Innovation Hub München as an ecosystem collaboration platform.
    • Orchestrate connections between startups, industry, research, customers, and SAP stakeholders.
    • Translate relevant challenges into prototype or experimentation initiatives.
    • Drive showcasing, communication, and ecosystem integration of innovation outcomes.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • Several years of relevant work experience in business development, innovation ecosystem building, strategic partnerships, and enterprise tech exposure.
  • Organized, proactive, multitasker in dynamic settings
  • Reliable, hands-on, service-oriented approach
  • Fluent in English and German (required for local coordination)
  • Proven ability to build and grow networks with strategic customers and ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Skilled at enhancing organizational visibility and acting as a central ecosystem interface.
  • Experience coordinating customer and ecosystem engagements (e.g., customer meetings, workshops)
