What you'll bring

You are at the start of your AI development career, with curiosity about agentic systems, large language models, and how AI gets built into real products.

  • A degree in computer science, AI, or data science, or equivalent experience
  • Basic Python skills; knowledge with Java, Kotlin, or JavaScript is a plus
  • Insight with agentic coding environments such as Claude Code or Codex; interest in LLMs and GenAI
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, including data structures; cloud development knowledge is a plus
  • Clear written and verbal English communication skills
  • A collaborative approach and a genuine desire for learning

We also look for people who build trust naturally, communicate with clarity, keep the customer at the centre of what they do, and bring expressive intelligence and genuine problem-solving ability to the challenges they face.

In addition to the skills and experience specific to this role, all positions at SAP require candidates who are comfortable using AI tools — including agentic AI — in their day-to-day work, from crafting effective inputs and automating routine tasks, to evaluating AI-generated outputs for quality and leading adoption of AI practices within their teams.

What you'll build

You'll join Process.AI — the central AI team at SAP Signavio — and contribute to production-grade AI capabilities central to SAP Signavio's strategy, integrated directly into SAP's Joule platform.

  • Research emerging AI topics and contribute to the design of new agentic capabilities
  • Build and help operate AI features used by SAP Signavio customers at scale
  • Prepare datasets, run experiments, and document results with guidance from senior engineers
  • Implement defined ML components and gain exposure to deployment pipelines and MLOps practices
  • Contribute to agent capabilities and orchestration reasoning that connect process knowledge to action
  • Support integrations across the SAP Signavio Suite and the Joule platform

Where you belong

Process.AI is the central AI team within SAP Signavio Engineering, based in Brno. The team builds the agentic infrastructure and platform integrations that bring AI-driven process intelligence to SAP customers at scale. You'll work alongside skilled engineers from day one, with structured guidance as you grow into the role. This is a hands-on early-career opportunity at the heart of SAP Signavio's AI strategy.
