Value Advisor は、CEO / CIO / CFO / CHRO などの経営層と直接対話し、企業全体の変革と価値創出を支援するシニアレベルのポジションです。

財務諸表、中期経営計画、統合報告書、各種KPIを読み解く Financial Acumen を基盤に、企業変革を定量的な価値として整理し、経営判断を支援します。
SAPの営業・関連部門と連携しながら、ビジネスケース策定とエグゼクティブアジェンダ形成を担います。

主な業務内容

  • 経営層と連携し、経営課題・変革目標・価値創出機会を整理
  • 財務・非財務の観点から、経営・取締役会レベルで通用するビジネスケースを作成
  • Value Management を通じて:
    • 価値基準による GO / NO GO 判断を支援
    • 変革プロジェクトの数値目標を明確化
    • 目標達成度を評価し、継続的改善につなげる
  • 営業チームと連携し、アカウント戦略や重要商談を支援
  • 社内外の関係者を巻き込み、複雑な案件をリード
  • 経営層との長期的な信頼関係を構築

経験・要件

  • 企業変革、コンサルティング、事業会社などでの 15年以上の経験

  • 財務・KPIを用いた分析力と説明力
  • 高いエグゼクティブプレゼンス
  • SAPソリューション経験があれば尚可

Role Overview

The Value Advisor is a senior, customer-facing role partnering with C-level executives (CEO, CIO, CFO, CHRO) to drive enterprise-wide transformation and measurable business value.

The role requires strong financial acumen, including the ability to analyze financial statements, mid-term business plans, integrated reports, and executive KPIs, in order to ground transformation discussions in quantitative value.

Working closely with SAP sales and delivery teams, the Value Advisor shapes executive agendas, develops compelling business cases, and positions SAP as a trusted transformation partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead executive engagements to assess strategic priorities, transformation objectives, and value opportunities.
  • Develop executive- and board-level business cases using financial and non-financial metrics.
  • Drive Value Management, including:
    • Value-based GO / NO-GO decision support
    • Definition of clear value targets for transformation initiatives
    • Measurement of value realization and guidance for continuous improvement
  • Partner with sales teams to shape account strategies, support strategic deals, and accelerate pipeline.
  • Lead complex engagements with cross-functional SAP teams and customer stakeholders.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with executive sponsors.

Methods & Continuous Learning

  • Apply SAP’s global value methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
  • Continuously stay current with evolving methods and tools developed by SAP global teams and the Value Advisory community.
  • Incorporate new approaches to maintain relevance and thought leadership.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise roles, management consulting, or digital/business transformation.
  • Proven engagement with CEO, CIO, CFO, and CHRO.
  • Strong financial and business analysis skills.
  • Executive presence and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with SAP solutions is strongly preferred.
