ポジション概要

Value Advisor は、CEO / CIO / CFO / CHRO などの経営層と直接対話し、企業全体の変革と価値創出を支援するシニアレベルのポジションです。

財務諸表、中期経営計画、統合報告書、各種KPIを読み解く Financial Acumen を基盤に、企業変革を定量的な価値として整理し、経営判断を支援します。
SAPの営業・関連部門と連携しながら、ビジネスケース策定とエグゼクティブアジェンダ形成を担います。

主な業務内容

• 経営層と連携し、経営課題・変革目標・価値創出機会を整理
• 財務・非財務の観点から、経営・取締役会レベルで通用するビジネスケースを作成
• Value Management を通じて：
• 価値基準による GO / NO GO 判断を支援
• 変革プロジェクトの数値目標を明確化
• 目標達成度を評価し、継続的改善につなげる
• 営業チームと連携し、アカウント戦略や重要商談を支援
• 社内外の関係者を巻き込み、複雑な案件をリード
• 経営層との長期的な信頼関係を構築

方法論・継続的な進化

• SAPグローバルのバリューマネジメント方法論・ツールを活用
• 本社や同僚が生み出す新しいアプローチを継続的にキャッチアップし、実務に反映

経験・要件

• 企業変革、コンサルティング、事業会社などでの 15年以上の経験
• CEO / CIO / CFO / CHRO との直接的な対話経験
• 財務・KPIを用いた分析力と説明力
• 高いエグゼクティブプレゼンス
• SAPソリューション経験があれば尚可

• 数値分析を経営層向けのストーリーに変換できる力
• チームワークを重視し、相手の話をよく聞き、信頼関係を基盤に協働できる姿勢
• 正解を押し付けず、相手の関心や理解度に合わせて伝えられる対話力
