Location: Beijing About the Team & Role Demand Management is a core function within SAP's sales chain, responsible for end-to-end Sales Pipeline visibility and orchestration — from opportunity discovery and campaign planning, to pipeline execution tracking and gap mitigation — ensuring sales targets are met. This role sits within the SAP Greater China Growth Office, which is accountable for revenue growth across all customer segments in Greater China. What You Will Do We are looking for a proactive and collaborative intern who is genuinely excited about AI to support the Demand Manager in day-to-day data processing and sales pipeline operations. - Assist in data collection, cleansing, and processing to support pipeline reporting and analysis- Support the consolidation and maintenance of demand generation action plans across sales teams and solution areas- Help track and update Target Account Lists and campaign coverage across customer segments- Leverage AI tools to automate workflows, surface insights, and improve the efficiency of sales operations tasks- Contribute to building a highly effective AI-human collaboration model within an established, cross-functional organization What We're Looking For Must-Have:- Currently enrolled undergraduate student or above; STEM or Business-related majors preferred- Preferred availability of 5 days per week; minimum commitment of 6 months- Able to use English as a working language (reading, writing, and communication)- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to solve real, practical problems — not just familiarity, but hands-on application that made a difference- Willingness to experiment with AI and help pioneer new ways of working in an established organization- Strong interpersonal and communication skills— able to collaborate effectively across functions and navigate ambiguity with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset- Proficient in Microsoft Excel- Strong logical thinking, a strong sense of ownership, and a can-do attitude Nice to Have:- Experience with data analysis tools or BI platforms- Interest in enterprise software, cloud technology, or B2B sales & marketing What We Offer - Hands-on experience at one of the world's top enterprise technology companies- Deep cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams- Mentorship from experienced professionals in B2B sales and marketing- A unique opportunity to shape AI-human workflows in a high-impact, real business environment- Competitive internship compensation
