Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

Summary:

We, the global unit CPIT A2C Digital Portals in the Corporate Processes & Information Technology (CPIT) organization in the Strategy & Operations board area, strive to provide and evolve a superior experience for some of SAP’s customer-facing websites.

Within CPIT A2C Digital Portals, we are building all applications and services that comprise the SAP Community platform (https://community.sap.com), one of the largest enterprise communities in the world. Collaborate with engineering, UX, and architecture teams to design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that align with SAP’s technical standards.

Engage with stakeholders across SAP to gather input, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical feasibility.

Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, and review sessions, ensuring transparency, clarity, and effective collaboration.

Monitor platform health, performance, and technical debt, and proactively identify areas for improvement.

Support release planning and coordination with internal and external partners, ensuring smooth deployment processes.

Contribute to the product roadmap by providing input on technical opportunities, risks, and innovation potential.

Ensure compliance with SAP-wide guidelines, security policies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, DSA).

Represent the product perspective in cross-team initiatives, architectural discussions, and vendor engagements.

Preferred skills

Handson experience with Agile/Scrum practices, including backlog management, refinement, and sprint planning.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in cross-functional and international environments.

Solid grasp of UX principles, user journeys, and data-driven decision-making.

Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements and actionable backlog items.

Strong understanding of modern web platforms and community or content-driven ecosystems.

Experience working with SaaS platforms, collaborating with external vendors, and assessing technical integration options.

Analytical mindset, with the ability to evaluate metrics, platform health, and user feedback to guide decisions.

Familiarity with SAP technologies, especially SAP BTP, identity services, and integration patterns.
