Summary:

Agentic AI Training Content and Delivery Expert (SAP CPIT Customer & Partner)

The SAP CPIT C&P Agentic AI Training Content and Delivery Expert is responsible for creating and delivering practical enablement materials that help teams adopt agentic AI in their day-to-day work.

The role focuses on turning agentic AI concepts, patterns, and frameworks into clear, usable training content and delivering that content in formats that support real learning and application. The emphasis is on hands-on enablement, role-relevant materials, and practical delivery support.

The Role:

Create Practical Agentic AI Training Content

  • Develop clear, hands-on enablement materials for agentic AI topics
  • Translate frameworks, tools, and delivery patterns into practical learning content
  • Create role-relevant assets such as slide decks, walkthroughs, demos, quick guides, and reusable examples
  • Maintain and update materials as frameworks and practices evolve

Deliver Training and Enablement Sessions

  • Deliver enablement sessions such as trainings, workshops, demos, and knowledge-transfer formats
  • Support hands-on learning by guiding teams through applied examples and concrete usage patterns
  • Adapt delivery based on audience type, maturity, and role context

Support Learning by Doing

  • Help teams apply training content in practical settings
  • Contribute examples, reference implementations, and structured enablement formats that improve learning uptake
  • Reinforce adoption through repeatable delivery patterns and reusable assets

Collaborate with Relevant Stakeholders

  • Work with enablement leads, architects, SMEs, and delivery teams to gather input for training content
  • Align materials with approved frameworks, standards, and technical direction
  • Provide feedback on content gaps, training needs, and areas where teams require additional support

Contribute to Continuous Improvement

  • Collect feedback from training sessions and refine materials accordingly
  • Help identify recurring enablement needs and content priorities
  • Support the evolution of the training catalog through practical field input

Role Requirements:

Strong Content Creation Skills

  • Ability to create clear, high-quality technical learning materials from complex topics
  • Experience structuring content into practical and easy-to-consume formats
  • Strong written communication and instructional clarity
  • node.js, cloud (BTP and SAP CAP nice to have), Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes, Java Script, D/HTML
  • QA specific knowledge
  • Agentic co-development
  • Software development best practices and common pitfalls
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor other technicals and non-technicals

Hands-On Technical Credibility

  • Solid practical understanding of agentic AI concepts, tools, and workflows
  • Ability to translate technical topics into concrete, teachable guidance
  • Credibility with technical audiences through practical understanding, not only theory

Training and Delivery Capability

  • Experience delivering trainings, workshops, demos, or enablement sessions
  • Ability to engage audiences and explain complex concepts in an understandable way
  • Comfort facilitating applied learning, not just presenting slides

Execution and Reliability

  • Self-reliant, structured, and able to work hands-on
  • Comfortable producing content from scratch and iterating based on feedback
  • Pragmatic and delivery-oriented

Nice to Have

  • Experience in internal technical enablement or learning programs
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI tooling, frameworks, or developer enablement
  • Experience creating training materials for technical and semi-technical audiences
