What you’ll do

You’ll help our consulting team work smarter through AI and digital tools. Your responsibilities will include:

AI Tool Adoption Support: Help team members install, configure, and get started with AI tools including Joule Desktop, Claude Code, and MCP.

Skills Library Maintenance: Maintain our GitHub-based skills library — committing new skills, keeping the repository organized, and reviewing team contributions.

PowerPoint Add-In Development: Build and maintain a custom PowerPoint add-in for the team using Visual Basic, releasing updated versions to SharePoint.

Power Automate Flow Maintenance: Monitor and update Power Automate flows that support team processes, testing changes before publishing.

Workshop Preparation and Follow-Up: Assist with preparing customer workshop materials and consolidating results after sessions.

What you bring

• Currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in Computer Science or a related field

• Hands-on experience with GitHub — committing, organizing repositories, and reviewing contributions

• Proficiency in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) for PowerPoint or Excel development

• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate or similar workflow automation tools to build and maintain business process flows

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Strong communication skills and a professional, efficient work style are essential in this role. You manage your time well, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly when priorities shift. You take ownership of your tasks and are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced consulting environment while staying connected to the broader team.

The HR Innovation and Transformation (HIT) team is a global SAP consulting team that helps organizations plan and design their HR transformation journey — primarily around SAP SuccessFactors and cloud HR solutions. We work as trusted advisors, helping customers translate their HR vision into a concrete implementation plan.

Our team operates in two-week sprints, collaborating across regions via MS Teams. We prioritize work together, solve problems analytically, and actively enable each other on new tools and processes — including AI. We’re passionate about HR, SAP SuccessFactors, cloud transformation, and helping our customers build a more independent, future-ready HR function.
