What you'll do

  • Being the key contact person of a project management office of customer projects (external, up to 70%)
  • Support key initiatives of Business Transformation & Architecture team in collaboration with the team management (mainly internal, up to 30%)

Tasks in details:

  • Manage customer related project management office for various customer projects
  • Support the BT&A project managers as well as the project team members in customer workshop planning and preparation as well as execution, documentation all other customer project administration related activities
  • Support the Business Transformation & Architecture team in managing key initiatives:
    • Support internal and external marketing activities such as create postings, project references
    • Manage the team collaboration and content management platform (MS-SharePoint)
    • Contribute to internal initiatives and activities


What you bring

• Advanced student of an university or university of applied sciences. Preferred field(s) of study: computer Science / Business Administration or similar
• Experience in self-managed project work at customer, high focus on customer orientation
• Excellent Communication skills, team player but also being able to work self-sufficient
• Resilient, highly motivated, self-driven and an accurate way of working
• Software skills: MS-Office, prior MS- Word and MS-Power Point
• Excellent command of written and spoken German and English
• Minimum duration of 12 month
• Experience in the IT Industry is beneficial

Business Transformation & Architecture (BT&AS) is the management consulting unit within SAP that assists customers in maximizing the benefits from technology and digitalization in their business. We are committed to ideate business innovations, develop solutions and to turn novel ideas into business results.

At BT&A, we act as trusted advisors and support our customers with their large transformation projects both from a business perspective as well as the corresponding IT capabilities. In BT&A you work with a variety of experts in a multi-disciplinary of highly motivated and experienced colleagues. You increase the customer’s value by:

  • Developing and putting into practice business processes and IT-strategies towards a digital transformation
  • Developing best-fit SAP cloud platform and application architecture followed by IT-transformation roadmaps and project plans in close collaboration with process and solution experts
  • Preparing investment decisions based on value assessments and detailed business case examinations
  • We offer you a brilliant chance in a very motivated and experienced team, challenging tasks and the opportunity to learn fast to take over responsibility.


Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
