MEET THE TEAM

SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) is delivering RISE with SAP with our customers. ECS provides a private cloud platform, infrastructure and managed services focusing on fast time-to-value to enable the Intelligent Enterprise. You will be part of a globally growing team.

SAP Enterprise Cloud Services is looking for an Info Security Compliance Senior Specialist with a strong technological and security background across the stack. You will be owning and driving important security topics across all domains for our customers and work with various teams involved in implementation, delivery and operation of cloud services. You will evaluate concepts, consult, identify and assess security risks, and drive customer requests towards an end-to-end solution. Furthermore, you will participate in ongoing projects, initiatives, and Security and Compliance Office daily operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Engage with existing customers and internal stakeholders and drive security requirements end to end.
• Handle customer escalations around security and audit compliance end to end
• Ensure implementation and execution of security strategy and policy
• Evaluate and identify opportunities of potential information security and privacy improvements and drive projects in this area
• Work closely with various stakeholders from many initiatives to understand needs, define requirements and translate these into security processes
• As part of the ECS Delivery Security Office participate actively in other security related tasks, e.g., performing IT risk assessments, incident investigations, root cause analyses

WHAT YOU BRING

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related fields
• 8+ years of experience in the IT industry with wide area of experience: SAP application / ABAP / Basis, Hana, Linux, etc.
• Extensive experience in IT security, SAP Basis security, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong experience in SAP system security hardening (SAP ABAP, SAP JAVA, Web Dispatcher, SSL/TLS, cipher suites).
• Understanding of security principles in hyperscaler environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Ability to work well in a team as well as independently and have a positive self-motivated can-do attitude
• Excellent analytical skills and focus on quality
• Strong communication skills in English
• Proactive behavior, high willingness to learn and to drive projects
