Job Family Definition — HR Services
・Responsible for designing and administering HR services and implementing HR programs and policies.
・Provides accurate responses to employee inquiries regarding HR programs, processes, and procedures.
・Maintains HR records and manages data within several HR systems while improving data quality.
・Supports employees with tasks such as document preparation, onboarding, and benefits administration.
・Contributes to tool testing relared to HR, rollouts, and continuous improvement to enhance overall service quality.
Core tasks are depending on the service line and include:
・Resolution of customer requests on above HR topics
・Planning, coordination and execution of operational cycle activities and consulting on these HR topics
・Driving and ensuring quality and compliance for the respective operational HR areas & tasks assigned
・Project and change management for the process improvement & simplification on different HR Services topics
・Documentation and Knowledge-sharing
・Stakeholder Management & Collaboration cross function
Accountability
・responsible for delivery of outcome of assigned sub projects
・works independently within given area of responsibility (within defined policies and processes)
・contributes to milestones
Complexity
・contributes and works on sub projects and activities with moderate level of complexity
・work is independent & collaborative in nature
・provides regular updates to manager or project manager on project status
・Decisions/solutions can essentially enhance existing systems & processes
Experience
・Over three years of experience in the HR field
・Japanese and English at business level or above
・Proficient in the tools required to perform the job (particularly Excel functions and features) and well‑versed in relevant procedure
Communication
・Builds collaborative work relationships with similar functions across SAP
・Communicates clearly, in a way that others can understand within defined processes & policies
・Communicates relevant messages in a timely manner and with constructive feedback to colleagues & managers
