Head of Enterprise GC

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Leader of Enterprise Sales to lead our enterprise sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, especially within enterprise-level accounts, and will align strategic initiatives with SAP’s 2025 corporate strategy of AI First and Business Suite First to drive revenue growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies focused on SAP solutions that align with SAP’s AI First and Business Suite First vision, driving sales growth in enterprise markets.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing enterprise sales team with expertise in SAP products and services, ensuring effective training and professional development programs are in place.
  • Sales Execution: Oversee the SAP sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring sales targets focused on SAP’s strategic initiatives are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients using SAP solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their business needs and align them with SAP’s strategic offerings.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, particularly related to AI advancements and the adoption of SAP Business Suite, positioning the company competitively and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with SAP-focused teams in marketing, product development, and customer service to optimize and ensure seamless delivery of SAP solutions.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, new customer acquisition, and upselling/cross-selling SAP initiatives.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Utilize data-driven performance insights related to SAP solutions to drive decision-making, track key sales metrics, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
  • Budget Management: Manage the enterprise sales budget effectively, ensuring alignment with SAP’s strategic priorities, particularly around AI and Business Suite solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of enterprise sales experience with expertise in SAP solutions, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in driving solution sales growth and managing Enterprise level accounts.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a talent for developing customer-centric solutions.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM software and other SAP-related sales technologies.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
