Job Description

We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

Within SAP, the Business Transformation Management (BTM) Product Marketing team defines how we bring SAP’s transformation portfolio to market as a critical component of the SAP Business AI Platform and the Autonomous Suite. The SAP Business Transformation Management portfolio of products gives companies the intelligence and tools to understand how their business operates today, decide what should evolve and execute that transformation with an AI first approach – making sure people adopt and adapt to that change. The BTM portfolio of products brings together business process intelligence through SAP Signavio and enterprise architecture through SAP LeanIX and digital adoption through WalMe, helping organizations continuously understand, design, and optimize how their businesses operates and transform. And with SAP’s agent-led toolchain, enterprises transform at scale across people, processes, applications and data, with AI agents pervasively connecting and accelerating the work.

We are seeking a visionary and transformational leader to define and execute the global product marketing strategy for the SAP Business Transformation Management portfolio. This leader will shape how SAP positions BTM as the AI first navigation layer for enterprise transformation—connecting business strategy and technology execution through continuous insight into processes, applications, and transformation priorities.

As enterprises move toward an AI-driven and increasingly autonomous operating model, successful transformation requires more than technology implementation. Organizations need continuous visibility into how their businesses operate, where technology complexity exists, how processes can be redesigned, and where AI can create new sources of value. BTM provides this intelligence, helping customers move from episodic transformation projects to always-on evolution across the business.

Working across Product & Engineering, Global Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Partner Ecosystem, and Corporate Communications, this leader will align market opportunity, portfolio strategy, customer value, commercial priorities, and go-to-market execution. They will establish a compelling, differentiated narrative for BTM and each product within the portfolio, connecting SAP Signavio, SAP LeanIX, WalkMe and SAP agent led toolchain into the broader SAP portfolio to demonstrate how SAP uniquely enables organizations to transform with intelligence, speed, and confidence.

The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in enterprise transformation, business applications, process intelligence, enterprise architecture, cloud transformation, or adjacent technology categories, combined with the strategic vision and executive presence to define a market category, influence portfolio direction, and drive commercial growth.

They will inspire and lead a high-performing global product marketing organization, building strong partnerships across a highly matrixed enterprise and ensuring that customer insight, market intelligence, positioning, and commercial strategy translates into measurable business impact.
