Job Description
What you'll bring
You're ready to take on real responsibility in a fixed-term role at SAP. You bring first insights into go-to-market strategy, business operations, and data analysis. You will learn about GTM roles, KPI design, and portfolio areas connecting to GTM execution. Experience in programme management, revenue operations, or regional GTM planning gives you a head start. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI tools, combined with context engineering skills, is expected. An organised, detail-oriented approach and emotional intelligence will help you contribute from day one.
What you'll build
You'll maintain the GTM27 guidance documents and solution area KPIs for the GTM Design team. This covers the customer-facing roles catalogue, engagement model, and solution area guardrails. You'll coordinate with Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, and Total Rewards to ensure master data accuracy. You'll expand and test the GTM Agent project using AI data analytics and AI output quality assurance. Your work will directly support the implementation of SAP's GTM27 strategy across the business.
Where you belong
You'll work in a collaborative environment with access to mentorship and a structured learning path. The role connects you with SAP's business leaders, strategy teams, and operations professionals across SAP. This team sits at the centre of how SAP translates strategy into execution. You'll build skills in process improvement, establishing trust, and strategic planning across stakeholder groups. You'll see how collaboration and operational efficiency shape SAP's go-to-market approach at scale.
