What You'll Do

The SAP Customer Onboarding team delivers a seamless and engaging onboarding experience that empowers customers to quickly adopt our solutions. Through early guidance, enablement, and resources, we help customers achieve a clear and accelerated path to value realization.

As a Global Operations & Reporting Intern, you will support the global operations of the SAP Customer Onboarding team by:

• Assisting in the staffing and capacity planning of Onboarding Advisors to ensure smooth execution of onboarding services.
• Supporting the creation and maintenance of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to track team performance and operational success.
• Analyzing data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Contributing to operational enhancements by optimizing workflows, documentation, and reporting frameworks.
• Collaborating with global teams to ensure alignment and efficiency across regions.

Education & Background

Students or recent graduates pursuing degrees in:

• Business Administration, Management, Economics
• Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Information Systems
• Engineering, Mathematics, or other analytical fields

Skills & Tools

• Data analysis & visualization: Experience or interest in tools like Excel (advanced functions, PivotTables, VBA), Power BI, SAP BW, Tableau, or similar.
• Operational mindset: Ability to organize, optimize, and improve internal processes.
• Problem-solving & analytical thinking: Ability to analyze data and propose meaningful insights.
• Project & time management: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills: Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
