As Global Account Executive Expert you will co-lead the strategic engagement for two strategic flagship accounts within the Consumer Industry as part of the SAP NL Strategic Customer Segment. You will work in close partnership with another highly experienced Global Account Executive, jointly shaping strategy, execution, and governance to ensure consistent and coordinated engagement across global teams.

Together with our well experienced Customer Success Managers, Enterprise Cloud Services, Customers Success & Delivery, Line of Business Sales Experts and Industry Presales you are responsible and accountable for customer Adoption and Consumption and further execution of SAP’s AI and Suite First strategy. Long-term value realization, and sustainable growth across software, services, and cloud are key drivers.

This role requires credible experience in designing and executing account strategies, driving structured engagement models, and building executive-level partnerships that accelerate adoption, consumption, and innovation while opening new strategic growth opportunities.

Expectations / tasks:

  • Own and execute a multi-year global account strategy aligned to customer business priorities and transformation goals.
  • Run structured engagement with disciplined account planning, governance, QBR’s and execution cadence.
  • Build and own executive governance frameworks ensuring consistent CXO engagement across business and IT leadership.
  • Drive measurable adoption and consumption of existing solutions and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Elevate the relationship to a long-term strategic partnership, including co-innovation and expansion initiatives.
  • Orchestrate and lead a global virtual account team across sales, services, customer success, and partners.
  • Act as senior relationship leader and escalation point where required.
  • Partner closely with a senior Global Account Executive to jointly lead strategy, execution, and stakeholder alignment.

Required Skills and Experience

  • First and foremost, a dedicated and committed team player who takes charge with accountability and responsibility.
  • Proven experience leading large global enterprise accounts with multi-year transformation programs.
  • Demonstrated success in building and executing structured multi-year account plans.
  • Strong track record in CXO engagement and executive governance leadership.
  • Experience driving adoption, consumption, and expansion in enterprise software, cloud, or digital transformation environments.
  • Ability to lead and orchestrate matrixed global account teams across functions and geographies.
  • Strong commercial, strategic, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Executive presence with credibility at senior leadership level.
  • Collaborative leadership style and ability to work in joint account leadership model.
  • Fluent English (Dutch preferred where relevant).
  • Extensive experience in enterprise software / cloud / complex solution environments.

Professional Background

  • 10+ years experience in Key Account Management leading large enterprise or global accounts.
  • Significant experience in complex enterprise software, cloud, or digital transformation environments.
  • Deep understanding of global enterprise operating models and stakeholder structures.
  • Strong industry and business acumen with ability to engage at executive level on strategy and transformation.
