What you'll bring
You bring a detail-oriented and reliable approach to administrative work, with an interest in helping teams stay organised and operate smoothly. You are comfortable coordinating meetings, managing information, preparing documents, and communicating with colleagues in a professional environment.
Basic English reading and writing skills are required. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams is helpful. You do not need prior experience with SAP's internal systems, as training will be provided after joining.
What you'll build
You will support the day-to-day administration of the team by coordinating meetings, maintaining information and documents, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting general operational activities.
You may help organise internal meetings, prepare agendas and meeting notes, and follow up on actions. You will also support project data management by collecting and updating information, assist with procurement-related administration, and work with colleagues to ensure records and requests are accurate and up to date.
You will have opportunities to build practical administrative skills across scheduling, documentation, data management, reporting, and operational coordination in a global corporate environment. Specific responsibilities will be determined based on your skills, interests, and development needs.
