What you’ll build

• Develop, maintain, and enhance full‑stack applications with modern UI frameworks and scalable backend services
• Implement RESTful APIs and integration layers ensuring performance, reliability, and security
• Ensure high code quality through clean coding standards, peer reviews, testing, and documentation
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and support knowledge sharing

What you bring

• Strong full‑stack development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, and modern UI (HTML5, CSS3, responsive design).
• Backend expertise in Node.js and/or Java (Spring), including building RESTful APIs and service‑oriented architectures.
• Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, and unit/integration testing practices.
• Ability to convert business requirements into scalable technical designs with strong problem‑solving skills and ownership mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have but not a must

• Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP CAP, and OData services
• Exposure to SAP BTP services, deployments, and SAP security concepts
• Background in microservices and familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or SAP BTP)

• Agile/Scrum development experience

The Enterprise Data Technology (EDT) Integration Team is part of SAP’s internal AI, Data & Technology organization. Our mission is to enable seamless connectivity across SAP’s enterprise landscape by integrating systems, applications, and databases into a unified, high-performing ecosystem.

We specialize in designing and implementing robust integration solutions that ensure reliable data flow, system interoperability, and scalable architectures across the organization. Beyond core integration services, the team also develops custom-built applications that make enterprise data more accessible, actionable, and user-friendly — particularly for our Marketing and Sales teams.

By combining technical excellence with a strong business focus, the EDT Integration Team plays a key role in empowering data-driven decision-making and accelerating innovation across SAP.
