コーポレート ミッドマーケット事業統括本部(以下Corp MM)では営業部をリード頂くSales manager (部長職)を募集しています。
<Corp MMについて>
Corp MMでは都心部(関東、東海、関西)の年商1500億以下の全業種、地方(都心部除くエリア)の年商1,500億以上も含めた全年商レンジ、全業種の新規をメインに50,000社以上を担当しています。
特徴は以下です。
競合ひしめくタフなマーケットではあるがビジネス、個人共に成長できる大きなポテンシャルがある
皆さんご存じの通りSAPのERPはLarge enterpriseのセグメントではNo1ですが中堅中小セグメントではまだ7%のシェアしかないチャレンジャーです。(一方で日本全体のERPに関わるマーケットの55%は年商500億以下企業領域です)*SAP においても最重要投資エリアとして位置付けられており様々な成長投資が行われています。ですのでタフなマーケットではありますが、その分ビジネスも個人も成長機会が多くありCorp MMでは「日本最強のERPセリングチームになり中堅中小マーケットでNo1 ビジネスアプリケーション vendorになる」をVisionの一つ掲げマーケットペネトレーションを推進しています。

Digital Hub(SDE :Inside sales、各種キャンペーンサポーター含) 、マーケティング、PES、パートナー様との連携が深い
5万社以上のテリトリーをカバーするために社内外各ステークホルダーとの密連携は必至でビジネスモデル、オペレーションモデル、スケールモデルをエコシステム含めたOne teamで日々考えながら事業推進しています。
<主な職務内容>
- 担当テリトリーにおける戦略策定と実行
テリトリー分析、競合分析を踏まえた戦略立案と実行を担って頂きます。
- One team セールスモーションの実行
Digital HUB、マーケティング、PES、パートナー様を含めたE2Eでのオペレーションモデルを確立し
競争力のあるセールスプレイ、オファリング、エコシステムの確立と実行を担って頂きます。
- 社内外のステークホルダー育成
ピープルマネージャーとして自チームメンバーの育成は勿論の事、社内関係部署メンバー、パートナー様の成功・成長に向けた育成を担って頂きます。
