What you bring

You bring well-developed expertise in executive communications and a proven track record in content creation and senior leader engagement.

  • Experienced in writing speeches, talking points, and keynote scripts for senior leaders
  • Able to plan and execute executive keynotes end-to-end, coordinating with demo teams and customers
  • Skilled at producing briefing documents for media and analysts, and employee communications across meetings, emails, and video
  • Experienced in developing social media content and aligning with customers and cross-functional teams
  • A degree in communications, political science, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience

We also look for people who build trust naturally, communicate with clarity, keep the customer at the centre of what they do, and bring emotional intelligence and genuine problem-solving ability to the challenges they face.

In addition to the skills and experience specific to this role, all positions at SAP require candidates who are comfortable using AI tools — including agentic AI — in their day-to-day work, from crafting effective inputs and automating routine tasks, to evaluating AI-generated outputs for quality and driving adoption of AI practices within their teams.

  • Lead end-to-end keynote production, from content alignment to coordination with demo teams and customers
  • Script employee communications across meetings, emails, and video
  • Develop social media content and manage alignment with customers and partner teams
  • Monitor and analyze communications activity to inform content decisions
  • Maintain the systems and workplans that keep the executive communications programme on track

Where you belong

Global Communications develops SAP's corporate reputation and executive communications. The Executive Communications team works as trusted advisors to SAP's Executive Board, developing stories and messages that help individual Board members build authenticity and credibility. You'll work as an integrator across Global Communications and the wider organization. The role is based at SAP's headquarters in Walldorf, Germany.
