What you'll do
As an Executive Business Assistant (f/m/d) you will have the great opportunity to work in a role that combines content-related project work with organizational and administrative tasks:
- Co-ordinate and execute day-to-day business
- Prepare, execute and follow up of strategic meetings with key internal stakeholders and customers
- Compile information about strategic programs in collaboration with respective areas.
- Execute cross-unit activities and special tasks as well as cooperation with other areas.
- Plan, execute and moderate meetings, presentations, events, and trips.
- Onsite support during business travels to ensure smooth business operations in alignment with the back
- office.
- Prepare internal/ external meetings, management briefs and presentations.
- Calendar management and travel planning
What you bring
- 2+ years of professional working experience
- Experience working with senior management and colleagues on different levels of the organization.
- Excellent level of English and German, both written and spoken are a must.
- Professional and impeccable conduct towards colleagues and customers.
- Outstanding organizational, time management and planning skills.
- Commitment to operational excellence in assigned tasks.
- Highest level of flexibility, integrity and confidentiality.
- Proficient knowledge of SAP’s processes and product portfolio; technical background is a plus.
- Team-oriented and hands-on working style, open-mindedness, intercultural sensitivity.
- Proficient with communication and presentation tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
