As a Digital Sales Development LAC Manager, you are responsible for supporting the success of the Digital Sales Development Team in SAP Latin America by helping develop new Cloud software business at scale by leveraging digital channels for customer engagement.
The Digital Sales Development LAC Manager leads a team who defines, develops and executes on strategies for growth, specifically focused on monetizing SAP's portfolio in various markets in Latin America in support of the short, medium and long term strategy and goals. This team engages with Customers through Digital Channels (E-mail, LinikedIn, Phone, etc.) and is proficient in conducting executive conversations with C-Level Executives to understand their business objectives and pain points and position SAP Solutions to help them achieve those goals and overcome those pain points.
You will be a Second level manager who will Lead a team of Digital Sales Development Managers and Individual Contributors to develop high-quality pipeline securing a strong opportunity qualification and progression to convert them into mature opportunities that have a high probability of closure. This person is responsible for achieving business targets securing high quality plans and an effective execution model. Area 2: Secure a strong alignment and management of business stakeholders across the organization (Sales teams as internal customers + Strong Partnerships with Marketing and SAP Ecosystem). Provide regular updates on progression by Sales Team identifying areas of continuous improvement and securing the right level of support from required stakeholders. Area 3: Develop People within the Digital Sales Development Team securing a high level of employee engagement fostering their professional development, career progression, recognition and motivation. Build the new generation of talents at SAP.
