What you'll do:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented individual to lead an SCM pillar to execute demand management initiatives within the SAP Supply Chain Management portfolio. As a Demand Management Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, launching, and managing demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline growth and customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of demand initiatives.

  • Plan, develop, and execute demand generation campaigns for SAP SCM solutions, leveraging multiple channels such as digital marketing, events, webinars, and targeted outreach.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Digital Hub, and Customer Success Managers to identify market opportunities and tailor campaigns to specific customer segments and industries.

  • Work with and support SCM campaigns and initiatives across the regional demand teams in SAP’s four global regions, EMEA, Americas, Middle and Eastern Europe, and APAC.

  • Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and optimize initiatives to achieve pipeline and revenue goals. Provide regular updates and insights to leadership and cross-functional teams on campaign progress and outcomes.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and seamless execution of demand programs.

  • Support the creation of campaign assets, including campaign strategy documents, collateral, industry templates, landing pages, and promotional materials as needed to run successful campaigns.

What you bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in demand management, campaign execution, or business development within the software or supply chain industry.

  • Familiarity with SAP Supply Chain Management solutions and demand generation best practices.

  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Digital Hub, and Customer Success teams in a global working environment.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

  • Creative mindset with a passion for driving customer engagement and business growth.

  • Understanding of standard data privacy and protection rules in B2B environments.

  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.

  • 10% travel required.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 91,600 - 205700(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
