We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

Purpose & Objectives

As Head of Digital Campaign Management, you will be accountable for the strategic leadership, people management, and overall performance of Digital Campaign Management across the APAC region. This role leads a team of Digital Campaign Managers across APAC Market Units and Lines of Business (LoBs), and is responsible for driving aligned, high-impact digital campaigns that accelerate pipeline creation, pipeline progression, and revenue contribution.

In this leadership role, you will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Digital Hub, and Partner leaders to shape regional campaign priorities, enable execution at scale, and ensure alignment to corporate growth and pipeline targets. You will oversee the planning, orchestration, and performance of digital demand generation programs, while continuously improving effectiveness, consistency, and conversion across markets.

The primary objective is to ensure strong and predictable pipeline coverage across Corporate & Partner Driven businesses in APAC, support achievement and overachievement of Corporate sales quotas, and build a high-performing, scalable campaign capability that supports SAP’s regional growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide people leadership and line management for a team of Digital Campaign Managers across multiple Market Units and LoBs, including goal setting, performance management, coaching, and career development.
  • Lead and oversee major digital programs and campaigns across APAC, ensuring alignment with regional priorities and successful execution across markets.
  • Partner with senior Sales, Marketing, Digital Hub, PES, and LoB stakeholders to review demand needs and identify pipeline creation and progression gaps where digital campaigns can drive impact.
  • Define and govern regional campaign strategy, priorities, and ways of working, ensuring consistency, scalability, and best-practice execution across the team.
  • Build, review, and approve campaign plans to drive pipeline attainment and progression.
  • Orchestrate end-to-end demand generation campaigns from planning and execution through to closure, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and progress tracking across stakeholders.
  • Identify systemic bottlenecks in pipeline progression and lead cross-functional initiatives or programs to resolve them at regional or LoB level.
  • Provide oversight of existing campaigns, ensuring timely issue resolution, performance tracking, and continuous optimisation.

Skillset Required

  • Proven people leadership skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams across geographies.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and executives.
  • Strong program and portfolio management capabilities, managing multiple digital campaigns across LoBs and Market Units.
  • Exceptional executive-level written and verbal communication skills in English.

Experience

  • 12+ years of professional experience in enterprise environments, with deep experience in digital campaigns, demand generation, marketing, or sales programs.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and managing teams, preferably across multiple markets or business units.
  • Experience working closely with Sales, SDR/BDR teams, and partners to drive integrated digital and outbound campaigns.
  • Extensive experience in demand generation campaign planning, orchestration, and execution at scale.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited university.

Additional Notes

  • This is a regional APAC leadership role requiring strong cross-cultural collaboration and the ability to operate effectively across time zones.
  • Location within the APAC region is required; flexibility may apply based on business and market needs.
