Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors iOS Developer
Work location: Innovation Campus Bangalore North, Devanahalli
What You’ll Build
- You’ll shape the future of mobile HR by building the next-generation iOS experience for SAP SuccessFactors — an app that puts performance appraisals, compensation reviews, payroll, time tracking, talent management, and learning into the hands of millions of employees worldwide.
- You’ll collaborate with product and design teams to deliver high-quality, lean solutions that make complex HR processes feel effortless on iOS.
- You’ll improve and evolve the existing codebase — identifying performance bottlenecks, leveraging instrumentation tools, and ensuring a smooth, reliable user experience.
- You’ll work across time zones with cross-functional teams, sharing your expertise and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
- You’ll champion quality and accessibility through comprehensive unit and component testing and adherence to accessibility best practices.
What You Bring
- 4 to 8 years of experience in iOS application development.
- Proficiency in Swift, SwiftUI, and native iOS development with strong CS fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, software design).
- Solid experience with networking, data persistence, multithreading, performance optimization, RESTful APIs, and Git.
- Experience with unit testing, mobile automation testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- A knack for solving complex UI challenges and a passion for building exceptional user experiences.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed teams.
- A growth mindset — you’re curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Knowledge of implementing mobile-accessible applications.
Nice to have: - A portfolio of work (e.g., open-source contributions on GitHub) or experience with high-traffic public apps. - Knowledge of iOS security — Secure Storage, Cryptography, Authentication, and Session Management. - Experience beyond iOS, such as Android, web technologies, or cloud platforms.
Where You Belong
You’ll join a dynamic scrum team of native mobile developers (Android & iOS) who are passionate about crafting great mobile experiences. We value collaboration, openness, and continuous learning. You’ll have opportunities to grow your skills through mentorship, knowledge-sharing sessions, and exposure to a wide range of technologies and HR domains. We embrace flexible work arrangements and are committed to building an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
