What you build

As a Senior Developer you will:

• Work in a team and apply agile software engineering methods in your daily work.
• Take over responsibility for development, design, test / test automation, implementation and maintenance of complex product features.
• Cooperate closely with other teams, development areas and stakeholders, maintain good relationships with key players in other finance applications in Public and Private Cloud.
• Drive innovation and contribute to architecture and concept definition.

• Continuously grow your knowledge in SAP business applications, keep up with latest technology trends, and exchange knowledge and experience with your colleagues

The following skills are required to be successful in our team:

• Excellent software design and development skills, combined with a strong sense for quality.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in ABAP / ABAP OO.
• Experience in business application development in the context of SAP S/4HANA Finance or willingness to familiarize yourself with technical aspects and business processes of those applications.
• Fluency in English
• Strong ABAP OO knowledge
• Knowledge of development processes
• Experience with CDS views, RAP, OData services
• SQL
• UI5/Fiori development experience
• Ability to work in agile/Scrum teams
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance

• Experience with agile software engineering

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of BRF+
• Knowledge of TRM, PSCD, FI-CA and/or Grantor functional processes
• Data Products/Business Data Cloud
• Joule/AI development
• Knowledge of 1Order object framework
• SAP Workflow and Flexible Workflow
• Knowledge of ILM, and archiving
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA architecture and performance tuning

• Curiosity and openness toward AI‑assisted product development
• Practical experience using AI tools for refinement, analysis, automation, or productivity
• Ability to distinguish meaningful AI use cases from hype
• Willingness to experiment responsibly and challenge existing ways of working
