Deine Rolle:

Als IT Technology Services Specialist bist du verantwortlich für den stabilen und sicheren Betrieb unserer internen Infrastruktur mit einem starken DevOps-Mindset. Im Schwerpunkt administrierst und härtest du Linux-basierte Serverlandschaften, betreibst unsere VMware-Virtualisierungsumgebung und verwaltest Compute-, Storage- sowie NetApp-Ressourcen. Dabei denkst du Systembetrieb konsequent in Richtung Automatisierung weiter: Mit Ansible, Git und CI/CD-Pipelines entwickelst du Infrastructure-as-Code-Lösungen, standardisierst Deployments und treibst die kontinuierliche Optimierung operativer Prozesse voran. Du implementierst und erweiterst Grafana-basierte Monitoring-Lösungen mit aussagekräftigen Dashboards und Alerting für maximale Transparenz und Verfügbarkeit. Gleichzeitig integrierst du Security Tools in den Betrieb, setzt Härtungsmaßnahmen um und verankerst Sicherheit als festen Bestandteil in automatisierten Workflows. Du verbindest klassischen Systembetrieb mit modernen DevOps-Praktiken und gestaltest so eine Infrastruktur, die zuverlässig, skalierbar und effizient betrieben werden kann.

Das werden deine Aufgaben sein:

• Linux Administration & Systembetrieb: Du bist zuständig für die Administration, Härtung und Wartung von Linux-basierten Serverlandschaften und Virtualisierungsumgebung. Außerdem verwaltest und optimierst Du unsere Compute- & Storage-Ressourcen
• Virtualisierung & Hypervisor: Du verantwortest das Lifecycle-Management unserer virtuellen Maschinen und Hypervisor-Clustern und bist für Kapazitätsplanung und Performance-Optimierung zuständig.
• Automatisierung & CI/CD: Du entwickelst Infrastructure-as-Code-Lösungen mit Ansible und Git, baust CI/CD-Pipelines auf und standardisierst Deployments auf und treibst die kontinuierliche Automatisierung und Optimierung operativer Prozesse voran
• Security & Compliance: Du integrierst Security Tools in automatisierte Workflows, setzt Härtungsmaßnahmen um und wirkst beim Patch- und Schwachstellenmanagement mit. Du verankerst Sicherheit als festen Bestandteil im täglichen Betrieb
• Monitoring & Observability: Du entwickelst Monitoring-Lösungen (Grafana) und proaktive Systemüberwachungen
• Schnittstellen- und Anforderungsmanagement: Du arbeitest bei der Entwicklung technischer Lösungen eng mit den Fachbereichen zusammen.
• Dokumentation und Wissensaufbau: Du dokumentierst Anwendungsprozesse, Systemkonfigurationen und Supportlösungen sorgfältig und pflegst Wissensartikel für IT Kollegen und gegebenenfalls Key User.​

Das solltest du mitbringen:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik, Systemadministration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.

• Fundierte Erfahrung in der Linux-Administration (z. B. RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu)
• Praktische Kenntnisse in Ansible und Automatisierung von IT-Prozessen
• Erfahrung mit Git und Pipeline-Automatisierung (z. B. GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins)
• Erfahrung mit Monitoring-Tools, insbesondere Grafana (und z. B. Prometheus, InfluxDB)
• Kenntnisse in Scripting-Sprachen (Bash, Python)
• Erfahrung mit Terraform oder weiteren IaC-Tools
• ITIL-Kenntnisse
