Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Executive (DE) to provide executive leadership and end-to-end delivery accountability across strategic customer accounts. The DE serves as the primary delivery representative to customer business and IT executives, ensuring alignment between SAP solutions, transformation objectives, and measurable business outcomes.
The DE drives adoption, consumption, and value realization through SAP Activate, Fit-to-Standard using SAP Best Practices, Clean Core principles, and AI-enabled innovation. This role leads delivery governance from sales support through implementation and post-go-live stabilization, while coordinating with customer executives, SAP leadership, System Integrators, partners, and internal teams.
The DE partners closely with the Managing Partner, Services Account Executive, Sales, delivery leaders, and the broader SAP ecosystem to manage risk, resolve escalations, support growth, and ensure successful customer outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Delivery Leadership
- Own delivery accountability and program success across assigned accounts.
- Establish customer and SAP governance to manage scope, risk, performance, escalations, and innovation.
- Oversee delivery managers, project teams, System Integrators, partners, and other ecosystem participants.
- Monitor consumed Annual Contract Value (cACV) and progress against Commit-to-Consume (C2C) targets.
Adoption and Value Realization
- Drive adoption, consumption, and realized value from SAP solutions.
- Align SAP services with customer strategy, cloud transformation, operational efficiency, and AI objectives.
- Develop long-term transformation and value-realization plans.
Executive Engagement
- Build trusted relationships with customer and SAP executives.
- Lead executive steering meetings and maintain transparency and alignment across stakeholders.
- Serve as the senior escalation point for delivery-related matters.
Growth and Innovation
- Partner with Sales to identify and shape new service opportunities.
- Expand SAP’s footprint by aligning future initiatives with customer needs and SAP innovation.
- Develop, validate, and operationalize customer innovation and AI use cases.
- Foster a culture of excellence, agility, collaboration, and talent development.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
- 10–15 years of SAP services sales and delivery experience, including services management; major Systems Integrator experience preferred.
- Proven ERP implementation leadership experience managing 50+ resources and $20M+ in annual revenue; PMP certification required.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into capabilities, solutions, and measurable outcomes.
- Proven experience leading executive steering meetings with business and C-level IT leaders.
- Ability to coordinate complex delivery ecosystems involving customers, SAP teams, partners, and System Integrators.
- Experience developing innovation and AI use cases and transitioning successful solutions into production.
- Proven track record leading $10M+ pre-sales pursuits and positioning strategic, business-transformative consulting engagements.
- Proven ability to achieve revenue and margin goals across multiple complex engagements.
- Strong executive relationship-building, escalation-management, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership-by-example approach.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted annual combined range for this position is 218,500 - 371,400. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
