The Role

The Data Services Team is growing in Hungary for SAP Concur, the cloud-based market leader in corporate Travel and Expense management. You are welcome to apply to the position on any career level: we are looking for fresh graduates as well as professional experts to join our team. Data Services is an organization within SAP Concur that provides data analytics consultation, report writing services, and training to clients who use SAP Concur Travel & Expense and SAP Concur Invoice.

The Data Services Consultant manages a client portfolio and works with each client to craft a reporting strategy and recommends best practice reports for specific client profiles, industries, or use cases. For client requested custom reports, you will gather business requirements, translate those business requirements into data and design, build the reports or dashboards, and work with the clients to distribute the results throughout their companies. At times, you may be called upon to conduct online or in-person training for clients who wish to learn how to use the reporting tool or learn more about the data model of the SAP Concur solutions. This role gets you very close to the client and can lead to challenging and diverse tasks helping the client better manage their spend.

YOUR TASKS:

• You will collect requirements from clients regarding their business and reporting needs
• You will work with data and develop reports for the clients in IBM Cognos
• You will help clients interpret the reports
• You will make policy proposals to clients based on reporting to manage their costs
• You will establish reporting strategies with and for clients

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

• BA/BSc or equivalent experience in Business Informatics or Economics
• Good understanding and use of business intelligence solutions, experience in working with large data sets
• Working experience in client facing role is a big plus
• SQL, advanced MS Excel is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform under stress possibly on multiple concurrent tasks
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and team player
• Experience with SAP Concur solutions is a plus
• Fluency both in English and one other language of the following: German/French/Spanish/Italian is a must
