As part of the global Data & AI GTM team, the Data & AI GTM PMI Acceleration Lead plays a vital role in enabling successful customer transformation, particularly in post-merger integration (PMI), multi-entity, and technology partnership scenarios where precision and trust matter most. You will help move complex deals forward with speed, clarity, and confidence while protecting both customer outcomes and SAP’s business interests.
Collaborating closely with sales, legal, commercial finance and solution teams, you will turn commercial and negotiation complexity into scalable, executable processes through clear, consumable field guidelines and enablement assets, driving revenue growth, reinforcing customer trust, and accelerating SAP’s journey toward the Autonomous Enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Support sales teams on complex, high-value transactions, and represent Data & AI and Reltio business requirements for pricing, commercial (re)structuring and incentives.
- Streamline the quote-to-cash process, ensuring compliance with legal and commercial policies while removing deal obstacles.
- Facilitate contract harmonization and readiness for post-merger integration (PMI) and technology partnerships through deep understanding of of General Terms and Conditions (GTCs), order forms, and Data Protection Agreements (DPAs).
- Execute PMI and legal entity consolidation (LEC) contract transition strategies, partnering with legal experts and customer journey specialists to define risk mitigations.
- Liaise with legal and solution subject matter experts to validate acceptability of customer-requested contractual modifications.
- Document objection handling guidance for contract redlines for field enablement.
- Track and optimize the financial impact of contract restructures, including incremental revenue, churn risk and Current Cloud Bookings (CCB).
- Support the field with legal and commercial questions for Master Data Management (MDM) or Master Data Governance (MDG) RFP/RFI.
- Work with GTM leads across the Data & AI, Business Suite, Business AI Platform, Corporate and Partner Ecosystem to reflect and enhance commercial requirements for Reltio solutions for different buying centers and channels.
- Provide clarity on compensation and sales incentive policies to the field.
- Collaborate with legal and customer journey experts to prepare post legal entity consolidation (LEC) plans, including risk mitigations.
- Champion adoption of contract standards, enabling effective collaboration, cross-entity education, and consistent execution in acquisition scenarios.
YOUR PROFILE
- a few years of experience in commercial finance, legal, contract management, sales operations or deal support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law or Technology.
- Working knowledge of enterprise, data & analytics or AI software contracts, including terms, conditions, and data protection agreements.
- Strong commercial acumen, with deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles, complex deal structures, and value-based selling.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, leading complex, cross-functional, and cross-entity initiatives by effectively engaging legal, commercial, technical, and partner teams.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, confidently articulating SAP strategies, simplifying complex concepts, and addressing challenging questions across business, technical and executive audiences.
- Strategic, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Excellent time management and agility in fast-changing business environments, reducing delays in contract negotiations and deal execution.
- Working experience with enterprise software platforms, particularly in data, analytics, or AI; technical knowledge in data warehousing or master data management is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, analytics software and Microsoft Office software.
