Job Description:

Within the Incident Response & Recovery organization, we are focused on responding to incidents, remediating issues post incident, and risk reduction all while maintaining compliance and driving strategic initiatives.

What you’ll do:

We are seeking a Security Scrum Master within the Incident Response & Recovery organization. You will be supporting team agility, driving strategic initiatives, and shaping communications across Incident Response & Recovery. This role partners closely with existing Scrum Masters to help transform how our security teams operate, and benefits from knowledge of project management practices and certifications such as Certified Scrum Master, PMP, or Change Management. Existing knowledge of cybersecurity is needed to help drive these initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement) and remove impediments to keep teams moving.
  • Support quarterly PI Planning, including agenda design, logistics, facilitation, and follow through on commitments.
  • Partner with Product Owners and team leads to maintain healthy backlogs and ensure work aligns with strategic priorities.
  • Translate leadership strategy into clear, consumable materials such as PowerPoints, dashboards, newsletters, and status updates.
  • Drive operational rhythms, including leadership reviews, planning cycles, and cross functional coordination.
  • Design and maintain dashboards, reports, presentations, and visual artifacts that communicate progress, risks, and priorities.
  • Partner with leaders to ensure teams understand goals, priorities, and changes across the organization.
  • Support change management activities, including communication planning and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in Agile delivery, program coordination, project management, or similar roles.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to create polished presentations and executive ready materials.
  • Experience designing dashboards or status reporting using tools like Jira, Confluence, Power BI, or similar.
  • Ability to think strategically while managing details and driving execution.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting PI Planning or Agile Release Trains.
  • Comfort working with senior leaders and facilitating cross team discussions.‑team discussions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Preferred Certifications: PMP, Agile (CSM, SAFe, PMIACP), or Change Management (Prosci or equivalent)

The targeted combined range for this position is 108100 - 183900(CAD) CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance. Due to the nature of the role, which involves global interactions with SAP entities, as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada, functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.
