We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

What you'll build

We are seeking a Development Architect to join our M&A IT Team to support our M&A Post-Merger-Integration projects and programs in a workstream lead and Subject Matter Expert role.

As a Workstream Lead, you will be responsible for managing your workstream, including work planning, status reporting, risk and dependency management, and stakeholder alignment.

Together with other SAP business process experts, you will lead and execute As-Is business process analysis and conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops, identify business requirements, and translate them into functional and technical designs, and ensure alignment with SAP best practices for your process area.

You will execute the analysis of contract and tenant data, identify data migration requirements, and support the data mapping activities. You will be actively engaged in data migration testing, validation of entitlements, and ensure that tenant and contract data is harmonized. Your work will directly impact the successful integration of acquired businesses into SAP by proper execution of the productive data migration and supporting the go-live.
You will be documenting lessons learned and implement improvement initiatives to improve data validation and migration approach.

What you bring:

- Minimum 5-8 years of professional experience in IT Application Consulting (SAP technology), and/ or experience in Business Operations for one of these process areas: Fulfillment, Entitlements Management, Provisioning, Order Management & Invoicing
- Excellent change, communication, and presentation skills with a proven track record
- Ability to drive customer focus, business acumen, and innovation
- Pronounced quality awareness, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Experience & interest in agile methodologies, ideally in Scrum or SAFe
- Experience in SAP Solutions or SAP Technology
- Experience & interest in strategic or transformational projects like Mergers and Acquisitions
