■職務内容

コンカージャパンにおいて公共および企業向けのフィールドマーケティングを担当していただきます。
営業、パートナー企業とタッグを組み、顧客獲得に向けたイベント、キャンペーン企画をメインに担当していただきます。
本ポジションはお客様、パートナー、本社との協業をベースとした広範なマーケティング活動を行いますので、
マーケティングの特定職務だけを希望される方には不向きで、マーケティングのオールラウンダーを志向される方を想定しています。


【詳細】
・カスタマージャーニーを意識した外部イベント出展、CPL施策、Webinar企画
・キャンペーン企画・予算管理から施策展開、効果測定 ・パートナーとの共同マーケティング施策の企画・実行
・コンテンツマーケ担当との協業によるコンテンツ企画立案
・デジタルマーケ担当との協業によるデジタルマーケ施策企画立案

■必要な経験・スキル

【必須】
・日本語 :ネイティブレベル
・英語 :ビジネスレベル
本社との英語での会議、メールなどのコミュニケーションあり。海外出張あり。
目安TOEIC 750点以上。自立してグローバルチームとのコミュニケーションが取れるSpeaking力。
・原則マーケティング経験3年以上(応相談)。
・柔軟なコミュニケーション能力がある方。(本社、社内、ビジネスパートナー、代理店との調整作業が多いため)
・自分で創意工夫ができ、予算管理からコンテンツ企画やキャンペーン企画、実行、および効果検証まで、頭と手がバランスよく動かせる方。

【歓迎】
ビジネスアプリケーション、IT業界、B2Bでのマーケティング経験者優遇。Salesforce、Marketo、Tableauの知識があれば尚可。

【資格、語学など】
英語力必須。
