- Tasks
- Operationally supports the rollout and implementation of:
- Early Talent program assigned activities communication for management in collaboration with Communication & Employer Branding teams
- The planned Early Talent Employer branding plans in 2025 in collaboration with Employer branding team for Portugal, Romania, India
- Onboarding communications activities in Romania, Portugal, India in collaboration with skill management & the team delivering onboarding
- Manage the communication with Universities’ campuses and support in events organizing in collaboration with Talent Discovery Campus hiring and University Alliance teams for Portugal & Romania
- Tracking execution of all plans above
- Collecting results and feedback from target audiences for improvements
- Operationally supports the rollout and implementation of:
- Job Requirements / skills :
- Type of contract : one-year contract, at least 30 hours per week required
- Languages : Tri-lingual Portuguese, Romanian and English speaker
- Faculty graduation Major / Specialization : Communication / Marketing / Business Administration
- Degree : Diploma Student
- Personal skills : Effective Communicator, Results Oriented, ability to work in diverse environment, High Emotional Intelligence, High Resilience, Agile, Good Organizing skills, Collaborator, Accountable
- Professional skills : Good MS Office knowledge, Good social media knowledge, good writing skills
