Communication & Business Office Support GCO IPE&D (Infrastructure Platform Engineering & Delivery) (limited full-time). Please, note, this is 1 year fixed-term paid contract.
What you’ll do
Project & Program Support:
- Support team-internal projects by preparing drafts, summaries, overviews and follow-up communication
Communication & Content Creation:
- Prepare meeting materials, talking points, and structured templates for leadership and organizational communication (e.g. All Employee Meetings, All Manager Calls, team-internal Sessions, Coffee Corners and similar gatherings)
- Maintain and update content on SharePoint so that information remains clear, accessible and up to date for everyone
- Create and refine PowerPoint presentations, templates and visual materials
- Leadership Team Support: Work closely with leadership and team members to gather feedback, coordinate content, and support day-to-day operations
Event & Meeting Preparation:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of site lead activities, internal events and workshops, including follow-ups and documentation
- Support the planning and organization of Quarterly Team Connects and other engagement formats that strengthen exchange across teams
Collaboration & Team Support:
- Work closely with leadership and team members to gather feedback, coordinate content, and update shared documents

What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Language Studies, Event Management, Marketing or related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (especially PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Especially high proficiency in PowerPoint (structuring slides, visualizing content and key messages, applying branding elements)
- Business fluency in English
- Strong time and project management skills
- Analytical mindset with familiarity in data visualization
- Interest in project management, internal communications & organizational development
- Enjoyment of office management tasks and coordinating day-to-day team operations
Soft skills:
- High degree of independence, ownership, and solution orientation
- Proactive, well-organized, detail-oriented, communicative, self-driven, and reliable
- Team player with an open and collaborative mindset
Meet your team
Our team, GCO Cloud Platform Excellence, is part of the Infrastructure Platform Engineering & Delivery (IPE&D) unit in the Customer Value Group board area. IPE&D owns the infrastructure aspect of cloud delivery and is responsible for driving and executing our infrastructure strategy in coordination with cloud delivery cohesion. Within this context, our team is responsible for ensuring effective infrastructure governance of the SAP cloud infrastructure margin by enabling strategic decision-making on cloud delivery and establishing end-to-end transparency and governance of strategy execution.
This group of exceptionally talented and dedicated individuals supports ad-hoc executive projects, board sponsored/requested initiatives, and cross-IPE&D alignment on technical initiatives (i.e. taskforces) as well as ongoing responsibilities, including the shaping and adhering to an IPE&D strategy across all relevant governance and decision-making bodies. Identifying and overcoming business critical challenges & celebrating success together is at the heart of everything we do.
