What you’ll build
As a Partner Support Specialist, you will be a key point of contact for SAP Partners across the globe, with focus in EMEA/MEE regions. You will guide partners to the right tools and resources, triage and resolve queries, and surface process improvements that make it easier for partners to do business with SAP. The role is primarily reactive and requires strong business communication, attention to detail, and a drive to improve efficiency and partner satisfaction.
The role involves:
- Developing a clear understanding of what an SAP Partner is and an awareness of the tools and resources available to SAP Partners.
- Address and resolve partner queries via support channels (tickets, live chats, AI tools).
- Helping create digital assets to empower SAP Partners and enhance their self-sufficiency.
- Aligning with other internal teams for partner issue resolution. You will need to build a positive relationship with different teams and process owners that also support SAP Partners.
- Developing agility and proactive problem-solving skills within a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Flexibility around working hours may be required.
What you bring:
University Degree/Student in Business/IT preferable
Problem-solving and analytical skills, experience in effective handling of high volume of tasks in short timeframes
Creative thinking, willingness and ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies
A pro-active and result-oriented team-player with strong communication skills, passionate about his/her work
Ability/openness to work well in a multicultural and multinational environment
Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
Time management skills and strategic workload management
Experienced IT User – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Fluent in English and additionally a European language is a benefit (eg.: German)
Experience in handling customers directly
Experience in improving efficiency on processes is desired
Start date: June 2026
