What you’ll build:

You will work closely with our BTM team to:

  • Support sales teams on quotes, pricing, and internal processes
  • Creating, maintaining, and improving reports and dashboards (Excel, internal tools)
  • Managing and structuring sales data and files to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Supporting CRM data quality and reporting
  • Helping prepare internal and client-facing materials (presentations, briefs)
  • Identifying opportunities to optimize, simplify, or automate existing processes
  • Supporting sales leadership on business planning and performance tracking

This fixed-term position is primarly focused on Sales Operations. Depending on performance, autonomy, and interest, there may be opportunities to:

  • Contribute to demand generation initiatives
  • Support pipeline creation and sales projects beyond operations

You will also support the sales director in all activities to run the team and plan the business on mid term perspective

What you bring:

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Very comfortable with Excel (mandatory)
  • Curious, self-driven, and eager to learn
  • Interest in digital transformation, enterprise software, or SaaS
  • Fluent in French and English in written and verbal form; other languages are a plus
  • Comfortable with PowerPoint, Excel
  • A background in business / sales

We are looking for someone motivated and proactive to support our sales efforts, gain first-hand experience in enterprise software, and contribute directly to the success of strategic transformation projects

  • Hands-on experience within a strategic and high-impact sales team
  • Exposure to leading transformation tools (Signavio, LeanIX) and SAP’s enterprise sales approach

Duration: 6 months (renewable)

Start date: March 2026

Remuneration aligned with the collective agreement (Convention SYNTEC) and SAP salary grid.
